Exports

The Exports page provides a centralized view of all data exports performed within the platform. This includes validations, annotation agreements, and dataset-based reports. Users can monitor export activities, filter by category, and preview or download exported content.

Exports Table

The table includes the following columns:

ColumnDescription
CategoryType of export, such as Validation or Annotation Agreement.
NameCustom name or label provided for the export.
Exported ByEmail address of the user who performed the export.
Export TimeTimestamp indicating when the export occurred.
TypeIcon indicating the format of the export (e.g., table or Excel format).
DetailsLinked metadata showing the dataset or model used for the export.
PreviewButton to preview or download the export result.

Export Categories

Exports are grouped into the following main categories:

  • Validation
Includes exports generated from validation runs between models and datasets.

  • Annotation Agreement
Includes agreement statistics from multiple annotators or validation comparisons.

Each row represents a completed export and provides context on the underlying data (dataset name, model name, timestamps).

Export File Types

Exported results are available in different file formats depending on the category:

  • Text/CSV: Common for validation outputs.
  • Excel (XLSX): Used for agreement tables.
  • Image Viewer: For exports including visual content such as segmentation overlays or screenshots.

Details and Preview

  • The Details column shows linked dataset and model names. If the dataset is deleted after export, it will display "Dataset Removed".
  • The Preview column includes buttons to:
    • Download exported data
    • View visual representations (e.g., heatmaps, segmentations) using the platform's viewer.

Usage Tips

  • Use the filter icon in the column headers to narrow down exports by date, type, or user.
  • If dataset or model links are no longer available, the platform displays fallback text (e.g., "Dataset Removed").
  • For traceability, every export entry is tagged with exact timestamps and exporting user information.
